We want you to love your new Hammitt, but if it's not a perfect match, we offer easy returns and exchanges on unused items within 30 days of delivery. Every piece is backed by our lifetime warranty to ensure your investment is protected for years to come.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Bag

  Place your unused Hammitt item in its original packaging, including all dust bags and tags, and securely seal the shipping box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a notification and your refund or exchange once our team inspects the return.
